Terms of Service

1. About CryoVibe

CryoVibe is a targeted cryotherapy wellness studio located in Alpharetta, Georgia. We offer localized cryotherapy services for recovery, aesthetics, and body sculpting. Our services are intended for general wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services at CryoVibe without a parent or legal guardian present. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that a parent/guardian has consented to treatment if you are a minor.

You should not receive cryotherapy services if you have any of the following conditions without prior written clearance from a licensed physician:

• Raynaud's disease or cold urticaria
• Open wounds, cuts, or active skin infections in the treatment area
• Cardiovascular conditions including uncontrolled hypertension
• Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy
• Peripheral neuropathy or conditions affecting sensation
• Active cancer or chemotherapy treatment
• Pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices
• Severe anemia or bleeding disorders

CryoVibe reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who we believe may be at risk of harm from our treatments.

3. Appointments & Booking

All services are by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system at cryovibe.fit.

• New Client Intro Offer: A $29 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your session total. Limit one per client.
• Cancellation Policy: We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Packages & Memberships

• Pre-purchased session packages are non-refundable once purchased but may be transferred to another person with advance notice.
• Packages do not expire unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• Monthly memberships auto-renew on the same date each month. A minimum 2-month commitment is required.
• To cancel a membership, you must notify CryoVibe in writing at least 7 days before your next billing date. Email cryovibega@gmail.com or call (678) 218-1708.
• Unused membership sessions do not roll over to the following month.
• CryoVibe reserves the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days written notice to active members.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards. All sales are final. CryoVibe does not offer refunds on completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right.

6. Health Disclosure & Informed Consent

Prior to your first session, you will be required to complete a health intake form disclosing any relevant medical conditions, medications, or contraindications. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information.

By receiving services at CryoVibe, you acknowledge that:

• Cryotherapy involves exposure to extreme cold temperatures and carries inherent risks
• Possible side effects include temporary redness, skin sensitivity, numbness, or frostbite if precautions are not followed
• Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed
• Our services are wellness-based and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
• You have been given the opportunity to ask questions before treatment

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryoVibe, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or adverse reactions to treatment.

CryoVibe's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

By booking and receiving services at CryoVibe, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with cryotherapy treatments. You release CryoVibe and its representatives from all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained during or after treatment.

9. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for all clients and staff. CryoVibe reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who:

• Behaves in an abusive, threatening, or disrespectful manner toward staff or other clients
• Provides false health information on intake forms
• Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Has a medical condition that poses a risk to themselves or others

10. Intellectual Property

All content on cryovibe.fit, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of CryoVibe and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

13. Changes to These Terms

CryoVibe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
